ORDER POLICY
After placing your order, you will receive an automated e-mail containing the details of your order. From this point on, the contract between us is concluded.
Product delivery time: 2-4 working days. (for Greece)
As your order progresses, you will receive a series of automated emails, which will report the progress of your order. These emails concern the following steps:
Order processing: When your order has been received by an associate of our company who checks it for accuracy.
Partially Completed: Some of the products in your order were not collected and have been left as pending. The products listed in the e-mail will be delivered to you.
Completed: The ordered products have been collected and are being shipped to your location.
Cancelled: Your order has been canceled at your request or due to the inability to contact you for confirmation.
If there is any pending issue with your order, you will be sent a corresponding e-mail and/or sms. Alternatively, we will contact you at the telephone numbers you provided us with when registering or placing the order on our site.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your order in the following ways:
- Payment by debit or credit card. When entering your card details, the bank places a hold, without initially charging the amount of your order. Your credit card is charged at the time of invoicing in order to avoid problems in cases of non-immediate availability.
- Online payment via e-wallet
Possibility of payment via digital wallet for even more direct and easy transactions. Payment is made through the secure environment of the respective platform
