RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange or return a product you purchased, you have 14 days from the date your order was shipped to do so.
For products you have ordered through the e-shop, changes and returns can be made exclusively through the e-shop, in accordance with our policy, as detailed below.
All our products are subject to quality control before shipment. Therefore, they must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them with their full packaging. Any indication that the product has been used, voids the possibility of exchange.
Swimsuits, underwear, bodysuits and socks are excluded from the returns and exchanges process for hygiene reasons. Products that are part of special offers are excluded from any process.
Furthermore, exchanges are not accepted for products with a discount rate of 50% and above, and finally, items that are part of a set cannot be returned separately.
Resize:
We are always available (during store hours) to assist you in choosing the right size. However, if after consultation (by phone or email) we guide you to select the wrong size, we take full responsibility and cover the costs of the exchange. On the other hand, if the size choice is made by you based on your own judgment, then you will be responsible for the return and reshipping costs.
Changes to another color or code are also made at your own expense.


For Greece:
Exchanges are always carried out through the courier company we cooperate with, to ensure the above costs apply. The process for exchanging products is as follows: 1) You notify us in writing (via Instagram or email) about the product(s) you wish to return, as well as the product(s) you want as a replacement. 2) You send the package back using the courier company we cooperate with, at our expense (recipient). 3) You send us the courier receipt/proof of shipment for the returned package. 4) After we perform the necessary checks, we will send the package with the selected replacement products to your door via courier.


For Cyprus/Abroad:
Product exchanges are carried out as follows: 1) You notify us in writing (via Instagram or email) about the product(s) you wish to return, as well as which product(s) you want as replacements. 2) You send the package back using a courier company of your choice, at your own expense (sender). 3) You send us the courier receipt/proof of shipment for the returned package. 4) After we complete the necessary checks, we will resend the package with the selected products to your door via courier.



Products to be returned must be in excellent condition, free of any signs of use, and in their original packaging. If the return does not meet the above conditions, the product will be sent back to the customer at their own expense. No return process will be completed if the product has been used after opening, if it is not in the same condition as when delivered, or if it has been damaged. Therefore, you must take proper care of the products while they are in your possession. Please return the products using or including their original packaging, instructions, and any other documents that may accompany the products. In any case, you must return the products along with the receipt you received upon delivery. 

Defective product:
In the case of a defective product, you should contact us immediately in the indicated manner so that we can address the issue and proceed - as appropriate - either to repair the product or to replace it.
